Notice to current and potential tenants:

- The Plot Holders Tenancy Agreement and rules

- Several policies and agreements as set out by Bridlington Town
Council
These are available in the Town Council Offices, 2A Marshall Avenue for collection, and need to be completed and returned to the office by the 1st of April annually with the payment for the plot or plots you currently have, which remains at £30 per plot for the year 2026/27, if have more than one plot it will be £30 for each plot held plus the £50 bond per plot. Please note that new plot holders will be requires to pay a £50 bond per plot.
