Bridlington Town Council Allotments (formally Ducky Dyke)
Bridlington Town Council Allotments are located between Harewood Avenue and Ripley Close in Bridlington.
The allotment is managed by Bridlington Town Council Environment Committee.

Notice to ALL Plot Holders 20th March 2025
We are now in a position to give out the NEW and updated Plot Holder Agreements.
These include:
- The application form (for purposes of ensuring we have correct and complete up to date information)
- The Plot Holders Tenancy Agreement and rules
- An inspection schedule
- Several policies and agreements as set out by Bridlington Town
Council
These are available in the Town Council Offices, 2A Marshall Avenue for collection, and need to be completed and returned to the office by the 1st of April with the payment for the plot or plots you currently have, which remains at £20 per plot for the year 2025/26, if have more than one plot it will be £20 for each plot held. Please note that new plot holders will be requires to pay a £50 bond per plot.
Please note that if these packs are not completed and returned by the end of April, we will assume that you no longer require your plot and will look at taking the plot back.
We will also be looking in due course at the waiting list we have and issuing out vacant plots from that list in the first instance. If people wish to have any other plots you will be required to contact the office to go on the list.
